Yaxit Patel Co-Founder & CEO

Yaxit is an MBA graduate who brings a very diversified background with enriching experience working in Aviation, Insurance, Banking and Staffing industries. He started his career working in Aviation as a commercial pilot in Australia followed by incubating multiple business in India to expanding his business learnings to Canada and US. He finally concentrated his energy to creating TriOptus to deliver extraordinary human capital solutions for companies worldwide.

Yaxit has over 15 years of experience in managing global businesses ensuring lean operations, stable Finance, efficient HR & Compliance, and exceptional Sales. His detail-oriented approach with stellar planning has always helped him stay proactive in every aspect of the business. He not only gauges the ever-dynamic external factors but also keeps a close track of every pulse of internal business environment with special focus on human assets.

He is very approachable and is a people's man. Under his leadership his former company spiked its revenue from a few thousand dollars to several million dollars wherein he contributed immensely through new client acquisition, building strong relationship to not only farm the existing account but even mine them to bring home new value driven opportunities.
